OA - Organisational Analysis is to gauge the overall health of the organisations; viz. the business processes, organisation culture, responsiveness and sensivity of the various members in the organisation. OA helps determine the system bottlenecks to be overcome. It is to identify areas of attention, and allocate needful resources for the same.
